Navy veteran Dan Gross returns to continue his incredible story.

After being stationed in San Diego, Dan deployed multiple times, earning recognition for his hard work while also facing his fair share of trials and tribulations along the way.

Through it all, he learned valuable lessons from the leaders around him—both good and bad—and began developing his own leadership style. After being encouraged to apply for the highly competitive Seaman to Admiral Program, Dan was ultimately selected, earning the opportunity to return to the fleet as a Navy officer.

However, life had other plans. Due to unexpected circumstances, Dan was forced to cut his Navy career short after just over eight years of service.
